Ahhh! Who Needs Short Putting Practice? You Do Because Your Short Putting Is Like A Useless Rag

The Free Report On How To Short Putt To Bring Down Your Round Scores Forever!!

Not exactly true, but hopefully you get the point lads. But this is no joke. I don't say these things lightly either.
But if you want to go on being a shitty short putter, go for it. All I know is my tips will work better than most of the so called experts when it comes to short putting. Just because a putting instructor teaches Tiger or Phil doesn't mean they'll do any better.

I'd be dumb to guarantee results, but if you don't do what I say you'll never be a great short putter. You see how much I care.

But you will shave strokes if you apply my putting strategies regularly and forever. If you don't do that, that's your fault pure and simple. Like I've said in many articles that you think it's not sexy to practice short putting and that you need to practice the sexy stuff like being able to tee off 300 yard drives consistently, and to hole 50 foot putts consistently.

Good luck with that too. Really. Well not really.

Anyway...

Lets talk about short putting. Even the pros have short putting issues. If you get the small stuff right your drives and long putts won't have such an impact on your game and the lack of success you're having.

Okay, here's the big secret to short putt success

Well not really because there is no actual secret to success with short putts. It's more of a control game, your short putts that is. And they're more difficult than long ones.

So here's what to do...

Start practicing short tap ins by placing 5 to 10 balls around the cup from about a foot or less away. Just focus on controlling those tap-in putts. Make sure to hit the ball in the sweet spot of the putter club head. This way you'll get a more in line putt. If you have to put a black mark with a sharpie or black magic marker
in the middle of the club head and the ball.

This way you can line up your putts to roll better and stay on the putting path easier. Keep doing tap ins for at least 5 minutes . The reason I say only five is you are more apt to quit practicing if you have to do it for 10, 20 or 30 minutes daily. If you don't believe you'll quit if you practice 10 minutes or more a day then go for it. But most of you, pretty much 95 percent will quit all together. 5 minutes is pleny done every second day. I'm including another little short putting tip from David Lane a well known golf instructor who has a putting tip that goes great with my tap in technique. Actually it's perfect for it.

I call it the Drag-in Short Putt Tip. Dave showed you this in an earlier video of his I put up on the blog. It's a fantastic putting tip without resorting to putting aids which I fuckin' hate. What you do is you literally drag the ball in with the putter from one or 2 feet from the cup. Seems really easy but the beauty of it is it will show you how hard to hit the ball and how to follow through and keep your short putting alignment in check as well. I think it's a great tip, and the simplest ones are the most useful not the complicated ones. Most aren't good at 2 foot putts. If you think you don't need these tips just go away, I don't need you and neither does the game of golf. Chances are you're a really shitty golfer anyway and you'll stay that way.

You'll have more long term success as a golfer if you include tap-ins and short putting practice every 2nd   day for life long success as a knock around golfer or a top amatuer or pro. I'll have some actual videos of  my experts later in the summer talking more about these two tips and how to implement them to shave those strokes you need to get your golf game down to a respectable handicap. Even the top golfers have a hand- icap to a small degree. Try the Tap-in Technique and the drag in tip as well. Tell me how you did lads. I'll be an old ogre forever,  and I'm not going to apoligize for things golfers don't do to make their putting better. Just the way it is.

Much success on the green or go watch TV which most of you do to avoid work or having an actual success or life.
