How To Become A Great Short Putter Forever

Okay, here's the big Short Putting Secret to Putting like Tiger. Well maybe not. There really is no secret guys.

The picture is of Lee Trevino one of golf's greatest clutch performers and a really funny guy.

So I'm going to go over this again. But that's okay, even the pros need a refresher now and then. You start off with those Tap in putts and do 5 minutes of that. I consider tap-in putts anywhere from 6 inches to a foot and a half at the most. Most of you are thinking, easy as pie. No!

Why do you guys like Tiger and Phil practice them like clockwork. Now do some short putts of 2 feet and  3 feet for another 5 minutes. Tiger has been known in the past for choking on two footers. That will tell you why short putts are so tough. But Tiger is still considered one of the greatest putters in pro golf period.

Okay, that's it for today. You're thinking, where's the rest of the article? It's important that you focus on short putts and just that. If you need to, practice for another 3 to 5 minutes a day with the tap-ins along with the two and 3 footers at the most. It's vital you have success with the short putts or you won't have any long term success putting. If all you do is go back and forth between short and long putts and not really concentrating each session on one area, your success in putting and golf will be very limited at best.

Because If you follow these simple steps, you'll step up and do good. And I want you to do good and have success with those nasty short putts. I think it's time to do another interview on short putting with one of my putting experts. What do you think?
